House Rules

  • Check-in time from 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM.
  • Car parking on-site, operating on a first come first serve basis.
  • No smoking or pets allowed.
  • Due to fire regulations, we can only allow up to 2 people in one room. Therefore we cannot accomodate an extra bed or cot in a room.
  • Due to the nature of the House, we do not allow Children under the age of 5 to stay in the rooms. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in a room.

Cancellations

Cancellations within 14 days of your arrival will be charged at 50% of the total booking. Within 7 days of your arrival 100% of the total booking will be charged.

Room 15 is located in the newest, recently refurbished part of the building, in the top of the house. Featuring a super king size bed and a free standing bath with separate shower, with original exposed wooden beams in the bedroom & bathroom. Views towards the Tye.
